Recycool, Inc was formed in March of 1995 under the laws of the State of Minnesota.  At that time, it’s founders had almost 20 years of collective experience in the antifreeze/coolant industry. We have always provided one-stop antifreeze service, offering high quality antifreeze/coolant and waste antifreeze removal for one low price.   Since our inception, we have collected, processed, and sold over a million gallons of ethylene glycol based coolant.  Despite the large volume that we have processed over the years, we have yet to receive a single claim under the standard industry warranty that we offer on our products.  

We have evolved considerably since our early years pioneering antifreeze/coolant recycling.  Today, we own and operate the only glycol distillation plant in the upper midwest.  Our distillation process takes used glycol feedstock and separates the glycol and water from the contaminants.  The resulting product is pure ethylene glycol that is as clear as water.  From there, we blend in a specific high quality additive package and coloring, depending on what type of product we are making.  Besides automotive antifreeze/coolant (both conventional and extended life), we also have the capability of making heat transfer fluids as well as a number of other glycol based products.  All of out products meet or exceed appropriate industry and manufacturer specifications, and our pre-mixed antifreeze/coolant products are guaranteed to freeze protect down to -34  F.

Today, Recycool, Inc. proudly provides service for nearly 400 customers in and around the Twin Cities metro area.  We also have distributors in northern Wisconsin,  Fargo, ND, and southwestern Minnesota. 

Our customers include auto dealers and repair shops, auto body repair shops, quick lube facilities, truck repair shops, farm implement and heavy equipment dealers and repair shops, construction companies, business with fleets,  city, county, and state governmental  entities,  as well as building mechanical/boiler maintenance companies.

The fact that we manufacture the products that we sell means that our customers get the highest quality product available at 25% to 50% savings over other distributors.
